APOLO-SWD System
The material, depending on the quality of the product, can be sold based on the market price list, while for material contaminated with impurities (such as earth, dust, etc.) it must undergo a washing process, which allows the elimination of the impurities present and makes the material sellable.

The plant is made up of the following machinery:
- Grinder
- Aspirator
- (1) Water pump
- (3) Washing water containment tanks
- Twin screw washer
- Single screw auger
- Dryer/heater
- 2nd aspirator
- 3rd aspirator
- Silo
- Cold compactor

The washed polystyrene is stored on pallets, forming cubes of approximately 600 kg each, awaiting completion of the load to be sent to the final recyclers INTCO RECYCLING.
