Operation

Before the material can enter the feed bunker, it must be freed from wrapped wires or sheets of film. It is then loaded into the bunker via conveyor belt or forklift. To ensure a uniform supply of products to the tearing rotor, the chain is equipped with a frequency converter for speed regulation. The rotor teeth hit the pressed bale and loosen it more.

The material that is not yet sufficiently loosened is taken up by the rotor and through the tearing comb, the incoming materials are reprocessed and then disseminated. The comb can vary in position thanks to the hydraulic adjustment and therefore can be adapted to different products based on the activity. Thanks to these flexibility and adjustment options, good separation of the recyclable product is provided. Possible productivity of 25 t/h.
