Operation
After delivery, the next step in most recycling facilities is feeding the material to the processing facility. The better the dosage of the material is carried out, the more correct the subsequent treatments will be. The Matthiessen dosing hopper is characterized by its robustness and high capacity.

The measuring drums are adapted to the specific tasks and thus almost every processing product is uniformly supplied to the treatment process. This is done using the chain conveyor or walking floor. Our dosing hoppers are built in a modular way.

Chamber lengths and heights can be individually adjusted. The installation of movable floors (walking floors) in existing rooms will be tailor-made. Interlocking bolts allow for easy replacement of dosing tools. The machine is very versatile, even if the processed product were to change. All wearing parts are screwed on and also very easy to replace. Up to (and above) 100 m³ are available in the bunker.
